Where does Stine Goya ship from and which countries do you cover?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Denmark. We offer worldwide shipping to most countries, with delivery times typically ranging from 1-3 business days within Europe and 3-5 business days for international orders.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
How do I find the right size for me?
Each product page features a detailed size guide and specific fit notes to help you choose. Our collections generally follow standard European sizing, but if you are between sizes, we recommend checking the 'Fit' description for that specific garment.
Which payment methods do you accept?
